The CCP team is thrilled to announce that Rob Boswell has joined the firm in a counsel role. Rob has been an invaluable resource to the firm over the last several years in assisting our clients with WSIB matters. Rob brings an expertise in this area of law that is virtually unmatched in this province and our more formal relationship means that our clients will receive top-notch strategic and legal advice on a full range of WSIB matters.
Rob’s experience in workplace safety law spans a wide range of clients and industries. From large private sector businesses to municipal governments to the construction industry, Rob is respected as a true “specialist” in this area.
Rob will continue to provide legal advice and representation in other areas of the law as well, including employment litigation, human rights and grievance arbitrations. Rob’s counsel role also means that the CCP team will now have offices in both Brampton and Barrie, two of the fastest growing cities in our province.
