Workplace Investigations

Workplace investigations have become more complicated in recent years, thanks to judicial and arbitral decisions that place a heavy onus on the employer to conduct thorough and fair investigations as well as the increasing number of complaints that can be made in the workplace.

At CCPartners we can assist employers in carrying out effective, defendable workplace investigations, which includes providing training to supervisory staff on how to conduct a fair and unbiased investigation and determining whether an investigation should be conducted internally or by a third party.   And when the circumstances require an external third party to investigate, CCPartners can conduct investigations on behalf of its clients.
