CCPartners successfully defends OHSA charges on behalf of client
CCPartners was recently successful in having 4 charges under the OHSA dismissed against our client, a light industry cable assembly company. One charge, for failing to properly train and/or supervise a worker, was dismissed on a directed verdict and the remaining charges dismissed either because the Crown had not met its onus of proof or the client had taken all reasonable precautions to avoid the accident.
