Sharon’s practice focuses on all aspects of management-side labour and employment law, including employment standards, workplace policies, wrongful dismissal, and human rights matters. She is committed to providing strategic and practical legal solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
Sharon earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ghana. She later obtained a Master of Laws in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021.
Before joining CCP, Sharon practiced at a boutique employment and litigation firm in Mississauga, where she gained extensive experience advising both employers and employees on complex workplace issues. She also completed the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University and articled at a firm in Brampton. Her well-rounded perspective allows her to navigate workplace disputes with insight and efficiency.
Outside of her legal practice, Sharon enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for cooking.
